Employers are regularly faced with the decision as to whether they should allow salary packaging by their employees and if so, to what extent. This module addresses the important considerations to be made in this regard. Largely by means of examples and illustrations, this module illustrates the advantages and disadvantages of entering into salary sacrifice arrangements. You will be shown which benefits can best be provided and informed of the difference between effective and ineffective salary sacrifice arrangements.
