Course Outline
Senior staff members including executive officers and finance managers are ultimately responsible for the employer's FBT obligations. This module recognizes that these employees do not necessarily have the time nor resources to become involved with FBT at an in-depth level. To this end, the module highlights those areas where an understanding of the law and its application is critical to senior staff. You will be provided with the tools to enable you to make informed decisions relating to various matters involving the provision of fringe benefits. Specifically, this module analyses the effect of providing benefits on cash flow, human resources and general management.
